Ravi Patruni is the Founder and CTO of NeoSilica, where since November 2007, leadership has centered on developing an advanced technology platform that integrates IIoT, cloud, and analytics for applications in smart grids, smart buildings, and renewable energy, with successful deployments across India. Prior experience includes serving as Engineering Manager at Analog Devices Inc., where coordination of teams across multiple regions led to the delivery of reference designs for IPTV and broadband products, and a similar role at Mentor Graphics Inc., focusing on cross-platform debugger development for embedded systems. Earlier roles include software consulting at Software Pundits Inc. and as a Sr Development Engineer at CMC Limited, with contributions to embedded product development. Academic qualifications include a PG in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, an MS in Electrical Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a B.Tech in ECE from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
