Jeanne-marie Ciriacks has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. In 1994, they worked as a Research Assistant at The University of New Mexico, where they assisted with research and editing a publication. In 1996, they briefly worked as a Technical Training Specialist at Intel Corporation. From 2009 to 2017, they worked at the West Bend School District, holding multiple roles such as Curriculum Coordinator, Principal, Director of Curriculum and Instruction, Director of Continuous Improvement, and ultimately Chief Academic Officer. Finally, they earned another Master's Degree in Educational Leadership Administration and Supervision from National Louis University, which they pursued from 2008 to 2010.
