Ellen Moskalik

Ellen Moskalik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community development, planning, and project management. Currently serving as Acquisitions Manager at the Cesar Chavez Foundation, Ellen has previously held key roles including Planner and Program Development Manager for the Disaster Recovery Program at the Texas General Land Office, managing projects worth over $30 million and leading a diverse team. Other notable positions include Grants Manager at the Housing Authority of the City of Austin, Co-Owner of HOLY CACAO—a dessert food truck recognized on major television networks and publications, Director of Development at Bayview Inc., and Director of Housing and Economic Development at Aquinas Housing Corporation.
