Cesar Chavez Foundation
Cesar A. Toledo, MSSE, is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in community development and youth programs. Since January 2017, Cesar has served in various supervisory and management roles at the Cesar Chavez Foundation, overseeing operations for low-income housing communities and providing leadership to a team of 30 staff members. Previously, Cesar held the position of Director of Development and Administration at New Directions For Youth Inc, managing grant administration for a $2.2 million budget. Additionally, Cesar contributed to youth development as Branch Director and Program Coordinator at the Boys & Girls Club of Hollywood from 2003 to 2015. An advocate for global leadership, Cesar served as a GSE Representative for Rotary International in 2012. Cesar holds a Master of Science in Social Entrepreneurship from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology, Global Peace and Security from UC Santa Barbara.
