Victor Gonzalez

Victor Gonzalez-Diaz is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in various roles focused on innovation and program development. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Innovation and Programs at the Cesar Chavez Foundation since July 2021, Victor previously held multiple positions at Ednovate Inc, including Dean of Instruction and Founding English Teacher. In addition, Victor contributed to Teach Plus as a Fellow and served in key roles at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools and Teach For America, emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion in education. Victor is pursuing a Doctor of Education degree at UCLA, building on a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of California, Berkeley.
