Jennifer Thompson

Jennifer Thompson is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and curriculum development. Currently serving as a Teacher at Charles County Public Schools since July 2019, Jennifer also holds the position of ELA Curriculum Content and Assessment Manager and Literacy Instructional Coach at Cesar Chavez Public Charter Schools since July 2014. Previous roles include Reading Specialist at Center City Public Charter Schools and English and Reading Teacher at Specialized Education Services Inc. Jennifer began the teaching career at Union Elementary as a Title I Teacher and has worked at Imagine International Academy of Smyrna. Jennifer Thompson earned a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Anderson University.
