Lorena Somma is an accomplished professional in the hospitality and catering industry with extensive experience in operational development and sales management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operational Development at Cescaphe since May 2024, Lorena has previously held significant roles at Brûlée Catering, including Commissary General Manager and Senior Catering Sales Manager, where a notable achievement includes dramatically increasing catering revenue at the Museum of the American Revolution.
