Esteban Nazario Jara

Esteban Nazario Jara is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in project design and technical coordination within the mining and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a mechanical engineer at CESEL Ingenieros since 2015, Esteban previously held roles at Compañia Minera Milpo S.A.A. from 2008 to 2014, overseeing major expansion projects of concentrator plants, where responsibilities included basic and detailed engineering, procurement, construction bidding, and technical supervision. Esteban also contributed to Southern Peru Copper Corporation between 2000 and 2007, managing engineering and quality control for tailings disposal systems and leach pile formations, as well as coordinating for the expansion of the Toquepala concentrator. Earlier experience includes serving as a mechanical engineer for both JJC Contratistas Generales S.A. and Southern Peru Copper Corporation, focusing on installation and project design. Esteban holds a degree in mechanical engineering with a focus on energy and mechanics from Universidad Nacional del Callao.
