Grazia Cozzoli has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Grazia started their career as a trainee lawyer at Grimaldi Studio Legale Belgio, where they focused on European law, competition law, energy law, and Euro-planning. Grazia then moved on to BonelliErede, where they continued their work as a trainee lawyer, specializing in European and antitrust law. During this time, they conducted research, prepared legal documents, and translated documents between Italian and English/French. After that, they joined Studio Legale Avv. Antonio Cozzoli as a trainee lawyer, handling civil law cases and providing legal advice to clients. Next, they worked at Avanade as a junior legal trainee, assisting with various legal tasks such as legal research, contract review, and support to different departments within the company. Currently, Grazia is employed at CESI SpA as the Corporate Affairs Subsidiaries and Minorities Manager in the Group Legal and Corporate Affairs department.
Grazia Cozzoli has a strong educational background in law and business. Grazia completed a Master's degree in Law, specializing in Enterprise Law, from the Università degli Studi di Bari from 2009 to 2015. During their time at the university, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at the Université libre de Bruxelles for a semester as part of the Erasmus program in 2014.
In 2016, Grazia attended the Scuola Nazionale di Specializzazione per Giuristi d'Impresa, where they completed a post-graduate school program in Enterprise Law. Grazia further enhanced their knowledge and skills in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) through a Masterclass at AFGE Milano in 2019.
To complement their legal education, Grazia also obtained additional certifications. Grazia passed the Bar Exam in November 2018, enabling their to practice law as a qualified attorney. Grazia also earned the International Professional English Certificate (IPEC), with a focus on legal English from The British Chamber of Commerce for Italy in September 2016. Furthermore, Grazia holds the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL), which they obtained in 2008.
