Charles Hendrix

Charles Hendrix has over five years of experience in the engineering field. In 2021, they began working as a Hardware Design Engineer at CesiumAstro. Previously, they were Chief of Product at Strapt Vending, where they were responsible for defining and prototyping the solution architecture for the initial vending machine. In 2019, they were a Peer Instructor at The Hive at Georgia Tech, where they volunteered a minimum of three hours per week to guide and assist the design and production of student and academic projects. That same year, they were an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Yushin Group. In 2018, they were an Electronics Remanufacturing Intern at Tesla, where they worked with the team that designs and deploys the equipment, standards, and procedures to diagnose and repair failed legacy and current products. In 2017, they were an Engineering Intern at Crown Castle, the largest U.S. provider of wireless infrastructure. Charles also interned at the Georgia Tech Research Institute's Information and Communications Lab, where they developed Python code to remotely and automatically setup and reconfigure multiple wireless networks. In 2016, they were Circuits Team Lead at HyTech Racing at Georgia Tech, where they designed, fabricated, and verified schematics and PCBAs for an all-electric formula-style car.

Charles Hendrix attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
