Grant Borcher has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. Grant is currently working at CesiumAstro as a Senior Electronics Manufacturing Engineer, responsible for programming SMT PCBA and implementing equipment improvements. Prior to this, they worked at Tesla as a Manufacturing Equipment Engineer, where they were in charge of installing and improving assembly lines, ensuring they met all requirements. Grant also has experience as a Conductive Electrical Weapons (CEW) Manufacturing Engineer at Axon, where they set up and supported manufacturing automation equipment and created test fixtures. Before that, they had internships at Axon as an Operations Intern and at Quality Plastics of Prescott as a Mechanical Engineering Intern. Grant also worked as a Research and Administrative Assistant at The Maguire Company, analyzing political data and providing office support.
Grant Borcher attended Brophy College Preparatory from 2010 to 2014. Grant obtained their high school education from this institution. Following that, from 2014 to 2018, Grant pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Arizona University.
