Eli Cowan

Eli Cowan is a Civil Engineering professional with extensive experience in site/civil engineering projects, currently serving as the Civil Team Lead and Project Engineer at CESO, INC. since February 2018. Previously, Eli held positions as a Project Consultant and Staff Consultant at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. from May 2013 to February 2018, focusing on the design and layout of various residential and commercial developments. Eli's career began with a role as a Survey Technician I, participating in a survey crew, and earlier work as a Survey Intern at EMH&T. Eli earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University, having also studied at Ohio Wesleyan University.
