James Lott Pe

James Lott, PE, currently serves as the Civil Team Lead and Lead Project Engineer at CESO, INC. since March 2022. Prior to this role, James worked at Dewberry from May 2017 to February 2022, progressing from Student Intern to Graduate Engineer and then to Staff Engineer. James also gained valuable experience as an Engineering Assistant with the North Carolina Department of Transportation from May 2015 to April 2017. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, earned between 2013 and 2017.
