Jeff Conar

Jeff Conar is an Engineering Manager at CESO, where they apply a wealth of experience in civil engineering to lead projects and drive team performance. With previous roles as Director of Civil Engineering at Southern Land Company and Project Manager at various firms, Jeff has managed site designs and government permitting for diverse projects across the United States. Prior to their engineering career, Jeff served in the US Army, where they held various leadership positions within a Combat Engineer Battalion. Jeff obtained a BS in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and an MS in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, continually striving for self-improvement in their professional journey.
