Kc Kirlangitis

KC Kirlangitis is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the field of civil engineering. Currently serving as the Lead Project Engineer at CESO, INC. since May 2023, KC previously spent over two decades at Stantec Consulting Services Inc. as a Civil Engineer from June 2001 to May 2023. KC holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Civil Engineering from Youngstown State University, attained between 1995 and 2001, and completed secondary education at Steubenville Catholic Central High School from 1991 to 1995.
