Kevin Harshbarger

Kevin Harshbarger is a seasoned professional in surveying with extensive experience in highway construction and maintenance. Currently serving as Project Surveyor and Senior Survey Crew Chief at CESO, INC. since May 2019, Kevin has previously held the position of District 4 Surveyor at the Kansas Department of Transportation from August 2005 to May 2019, overseeing surveying activities across 17 counties in Southeast Kansas. Kevin's earlier roles at K.D.O.T. included serving as Assistant Survey Party Chief and Engineering Technician Associate, where responsibilities included directing field operations and engaging with landowners for survey permissions. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and Teaching from Kansas State University, along with a Surveying Certificate from the University of Wyoming College of Engineering and Physical Sciences.
