Robert Cash is currently the Senior Program Director for Civil Engineering at CESO, Inc. Prior to joining CESO, Robert held various senior positions in companies such as Cardno, EMH&T, Stantec, RMCN Group, LLC, Infrastructure Services, Inc, KS Associates, and GPD Associates. With over 25 years of experience in project and staff management, Robert has a strong background in providing comprehensive civil engineering services for private and public projects across multiple states.
