Deborah Rodrigues is an experienced Oil & Gas Adviser at CESP since January 2013, focusing on advising strategies and formulating state policies in the oil and gas sector. Prior to this role, Deborah served as a Project Manager at SEDE - Development Agency of Minas Gerais from January 2009 to December 2012, where responsibilities included enhancing business relations to improve industrial development in Minas Gerais. Deborah's career also includes a tenure as Director Adviser at the ANP - Oil & Gas Regulatory Agency from 1998 to 2002, and academic experience as a student at Fundação Dom Cabral between 2008 and 2010. Educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor of Business Administration from Centro Universitário UNA, a Bachelor in Economics from PUC Minas, a degree in Project Management from SIDA - Swedish Management Group, and ongoing master's studies in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law at USP - Universidade de São Paulo. Additionally, Deborah completed a special course in Sustainability, Business Administration and Management at Fundação Dom Cabral in July 2014.
