Marushwa Kingu, MBA, has had a diverse range of work experiences. In 2019, they served as a Marketing and Communications Assistant for People Working Cooperatively, Inc., where they created social media content, coordinated volunteer groups, and conducted interviews for fundraising purposes. Following this, they worked as a Volunteer Program Event Assistant at the same organization, where they focused on client outreach and volunteer coordination. In 2020, Marushwa joined Leaf Home Safety Solutions as an Event Marketer, attending various events to generate sales leads and provide product demonstrations. Additionally, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Simplepharma during this time, handling communication, bookkeeping, and organizational tasks. Currently, Marushwa is employed as a Project Assistant at CET (Cincinnati Educational Television).

Marushwa Kingu, MBA, pursued their education starting from 2016 to 2020 at Mount St. Joseph University. Marushwa completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing during this period. Continuing their academic journey, Marushwa Kingu joined Mount St. Joseph University again in 2020 and graduated in 2021 with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Marketing.
