Prior to this role, Stephen served in the British Army from May 1998 to October 2010 as a Corporal Metalsmith, managing a small department responsible for the fabrication, repair, and maintenance of various military equipment. Stephen began their career as an Apprentice Welder at AML Engineering Ltd from 1996 to 1998 and holds an educational background from the School of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering in Hampshire, completed between 1998 and 2000, as well as Sacred Heart in Redcar.
