Erika Oliveira is an accomplished professional in the field of engineering and technology, currently serving as an Analista de Ciência e Tecnologia at CETEM - Centro de Tecnologia Mineral since July 2025. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Casa da Moeda do Brasil, where Erika held various roles, including Supervisora de Engenharia de Processo, managing a team of 32 individuals and leading projects focused on continuous improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency. Erika’s career also features experience as Gerente de Sistema de Gestão de Qualidade e Meio Ambiente, successfully maintaining ISO certifications and representing the company in sustainability discussions. Erika holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Systems of Management and an MBA in Sustainable Business Management, along with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and additional academic qualifications in Chemistry and Technical Chemical Education.
