Robert Ruoti, CPA

Robert Ruoti, CPA is an experienced finance and accounting executive. Robert began their career in 1995 as a Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where they managed technology and business process consulting projects for Fortune 500 clients, and performed financial audits of clients in the manufacturing industry. In 2002, they joined Farnell Global as President of the Newark Farnell Electronics Brazil Business Unit, where they were responsible for managing turnaround at the Brazil subsidiary, with $20M annual revenue, 60 employees and a distribution center with 15,000 SKU’s. During their time at Farnell Global, they also served as CFO of the Global Business Systems division, directing all financial and commercial responsibilities for the Global IT Department, and CFO of the KENT Europe Automotive Division, directing all financial responsibilities for the automotive chemical/industrial products division.

In 2011, Robert joined The Keystone Group as Principal - Strategy Consulting, leading management consulting engagements for middle market ($50MM - $2B) manufacturing clients. During this time, they also served as Interim CEO for a private equity owned, distressed $80M OEM of heavy equipment for the concrete products industry based in Germany. In 2014, they founded RGR Strategic Advisory Services LLC, delivering strategic value to clients in the areas of Finance/Accounting, Operations, Strategy, M&A and Business Transformation.

In 2018, Robert returned to PwC as a Director (Contract Roles), Advisory / Finance Transformation. In 2019, they joined AcctTwo Shared Services as CFO, Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Outsourced Accounting Services, responsible for leading all of the Finance, Accounting, People/HR and Legal functions. In 2021, they took on the role of Interim COO & CFO at Complete Nutrition Brands, LLC, responsible for driving operational and gross margin improvements at a B2C ecommerce company focused on nutritional supplements. Currently, Robert is the Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer at Ceterus, a VC-backed, technology-enabled Finance & Accounting Outsourcing firm. Robert is responsible for helping to drive operational excellence and an incredible customer experience.

Robert Ruoti obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1992 to 1996. Robert completed their secondary education at Driscoll Catholic High School from 1988 to 1992. Robert also holds a CPA certification from the AICPA.
