Philippe Poncet

Philippe Poncet has extensive experience in operational management and strategic partnership development within the mechanical industry. As the Deputy General Manager at Cetim since February 2000, Philippe oversees operational activities across multiple locations and is responsible for the group's HR functions. Previous roles at Cetim include Director of Operations and Site Director in Saint-Étienne, where Philippe managed a workforce of 130 and ensured site safety and productivity. Philippe's career also includes industrial management at Sanacier Industrie and method management at GUYOT DECOUP. Philippe holds an engineering degree in Mechanics from Arts et Métiers ParisTech.
