Vessela Takova

Vessela Takova is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at CETIN Bulgaria since July 2020. Vessela has a strong background in developing and implementing HR strategies, overseeing employee administration, and guiding organizational development. Prior experience includes leadership roles at HYATT REGENCY SOFIA, focusing on HR alignment with corporate strategies and employee legislation compliance, as well as significant tenure at Telenor Bulgaria in various HR capacities ranging from HR Business Partner to Head of Recruitment. Vessela holds a Master’s degree in Labour and Organizational Psychology from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Journalism and Mass Communication from the American University in Bulgaria.
