Was born in Artvin in 1976. She has completed her primary and secondary education in Istanbul and her high school education at Uskudar Commercial Vocational High School. After her Associate Degree in Accounting at Sakarya University, she graduated from Eskişehir Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration. Ayla Büyük, who continues her business life as an accounting manager in companies in different sectors, received the Certificate of Financial Consultancy of The Free Accountant in 2007. After that date, she worked freelance in her own office for about 5 years. In 2011, she joined Çetin Civata family as Accounting Manager, Ms. Ayla Büyük mother of 2 children.

Çetin Civata is the oldest company of the Tecde Group which was established in 1976 in Istanbul, Turkey, with its roots extending to 120 years ago. Çetin Civata is today one of the biggest cold forging fastener producers in Turkey for bolts, screws, and nuts. Çetin Civata produces standard and special parts according to customer requirements, having a production range of fasteners between M3 to M27 and up to 320 mm in length. All production processes in-house starting from wire preparation to packaging including annealing cold heading, rolling, heat treatment, coating, and %100 sorting.
