Was born in Istanbul on 03.10.1975.He completed his primary and secondary education in Gazi Osman Pasha, Istanbul Gazi Osman Pasha, Alibeyköy Technical and Industrial Vocational High School Mechanical Painting department and University Education at Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration. He has 26 years of experience in various companies in the Fasteners and Automotive sector and has been in the manager's position for 18 years. Serkan Palaz, who finally joined Cetin Cıvata family as Planning Manager in 2020,He is married and has 1 child.
