Bob Hayes has worked in the technology industry for over 50 years. Bob began their career at Motorola in 1969 as a Manager in Test Systems Engineering, where they chaired a daily quality meeting between Production, Product engineering, Dev. Engineering, and the Test Department. In 1988, they moved on to Miami Technical College as a Professor and Job Placement Director, designing a Computer Repair Technology course that was approved by the U.S. Department of Education. In 2001, they became the Director of Operations at Immix Telecom, where they developed what is now known as "Magic Jack" and managed all phases of production with CM's in Florida and in China. In 2007, they joined Crocs, Inc. as a Territory Manager in Colorado Springs and Las Vegas. Finally, in 2010, they moved to Cetis Inc. where they worked with Channel Partners, hotels, management companies, and businesses in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
