Kevin Rappe

Kevin Rappe possesses diverse experience across various roles in technology, sales, and management. Since October 2021, Kevin has been a System Engineer at Cetrom Information Technology, Inc., leading the Automations/endpoints team to streamline onboarding and offboarding processes while implementing custom automated solutions using PowerShell scripts. Prior to this, Kevin served as a Corporate Trainer for Uprooted Platinum, focusing on Business to Business sales for T-Mobile and training new hires in communication skills. Kevin also held the position of Bar Manager at Bar Liquorice, where an original cocktail menu was crafted and sales increased through improved record management. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager at Jiffy Lube, where customer service and inventory management were key responsibilities. Kevin holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from the Community College of Baltimore County and has also completed training through Per Scholas.
