Robert Mateff, Sr. is an experienced emergency management professional currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Cetronia Ambulance Corps since June 2017. With a history of leadership roles, Robert has previously held positions such as Director of PennComm and Emergency Communications at the University of Pennsylvania and Deputy Director for 911 at the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency, where responsibilities included strategic planning and policy development for statewide emergency communication systems. Earlier, Robert served as Director of Emergency Management Services for Northampton County, overseeing a substantial budget and a large staff. Additional roles include Chairperson of the North East Pennsylvania Regional Counter Terrorism Task Force and President of the Keystone Emergency Management Association. Robert holds a degree in Criminal Justice from DeSales University and a certification from the Pennsylvania Preparedness Leadership Institute through the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health.
