Job Title: Project Manager (Business Development & Customer Service) Location: Nairobi, Kenya (with occasional field visits) Organization: Ceuvoe Group Africa Duration: 6 Months (Volunteer Position) Application Deadline: September 1st, 2025

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic volunteer Project Manager to support our Business Development efforts and ensure the delivery of quality services to our customers. This is a unique opportunity for recent graduates, interns, or individuals passionate about entrepreneurship, community transformation, and African development.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development:

  • Support the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Ceuvoe products and services.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies for new ventures.
  • Contribute to writing business proposals and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Project Management:

  • Oversee small-scale projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication among departments.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of project progress, risks, and impact metrics.
  • Customer Service and Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction across all Ceuvoe Group business units.
  • Develop feedback systems to track customer experiences and identify areas for improvement.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with department heads to streamline customer service practices and uphold brand reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or related field (students in final year or fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-driven, innovative, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, sustainability, and community-based business models is an added advantage.
