Cassio Murin has a diverse work experience in the animal health industry. Cassio began their career at Merial Saúde Animal as an Avian Vaccines Production Manager, where they were responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the avian biological unit. Cassio also played a role in developing new products and market strategies. From there, they joined Fort Dodge Animal Health as a Vaccines Production Manager, overseeing viral vaccines production and implementing cost reduction programs. Cassio then moved to Pfizer Global Manufacturing as a Virology Production Manager and later became a Manufacturing Team Leader, responsible for pharmaceutical and biological production at the Campinas site in Brazil. Following their time at Pfizer, they joined CEVA SANTE ANIMALE, first as an Industrial/R&D and Regulatory Affairs Director in Brazil, then as an Industrial Director for the pharma site in Paulinia, and eventually became the South America Biological and Pharma Industrial Director. In their roles at CEVA, they were responsible for various industrial operations, quality control, and continuous improvement. Currently, Cassio Murin holds the position of Latin America Global Manufacturing Supply Quality (GMSQ) Director at CEVA SANTE ANIMALE.
Cassio Murin obtained a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine with a specialization in Preventive Veterinary Medicine from the Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro, during the period from 1985 to 1990. Additionally, they pursued a specialist post-graduation in Quality Engineering at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas, from 1997 to 1998.
