Dr. Anant G. Wadkar

Dr. Anant G. Wadkar currently serves as the Country Director for India and South Asia at CEVA SANTE ANIMALE since July 2020 and holds the position of Chairman for the Asian Animal Health Association (AAHA) from January 2024 to December 2024. Dr. Wadkar's extensive professional background includes roles such as General Manager at Zoetis, where responsibilities spanned developing markets, Vietnam, and the APAC cluster, as well as senior director positions focusing on branded generics and business strategy across Asia Pacific. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Pfizer and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd, with a foundational career beginning at Alembic Ltd. Educational qualifications encompass advanced executive training from prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School, with a focus on strategic negotiations and corporate governance, complemented by a veterinary degree from Bombay Veterinary College.
