Edouard Timsit serves as the Director of Global Innovation Livestock Health and Sustainability at Ceva Santé Animale since October 2019, focusing on the management of external and internal innovation opportunities for Ruminants and Swine. Concurrently, Edouard is involved in academia as an Adjunct Associate Professor and tenured Associate Professor in Cattle Health at the University of Calgary, where responsibilities include research, clinical practice, teaching, and service. Edouard also holds the Simpson Ranch Chair in Beef Cattle Health and Wellness and contributes as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Veterinary Microbiology at the University of Saskatchewan. Previous roles include Senior Innovation Scientist, Innovation Scientist, External Consultant at Merck, and roles in clinical education and bovine practice. Edouard holds a PhD in Bovine respiratory disease, multiple degrees in veterinary medicine, and is currently pursuing further education in Strategic R&D management and Strategic Marketing at INSEAD.
