Fernanda Viscione

Fernanda Viscione has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions throughout their career. Fernanda is currently employed at CEVA SANTE ANIMALE as the Head of Companion Animal Business, responsible for leading the breakthrough innovation agenda for Ceva Brazil. Prior to this role, Fernanda served as the Head of Marketing for Large Animals at CEVA SANTE ANIMALE, where they led the Marketing and Trade Marketing team in developing the portfolio for Ruminants and Equine, making it the most relevant business unit of Ceva Brazil.

Before joining CEVA SANTE ANIMALE, Fernanda worked at Archer Daniels Midland Company, where they held the position of Senior Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Customer Service Manager. In this role, they managed a team and was responsible for the strategy and marketing execution of brands for livestock and aquaculture.

Fernanda's previous experience includes working at Affinity Petcare as the Marketing Group Manager, where they executed a complete turnaround in the marketing department and portfolio strategy. Fernanda also worked at Mars, where they served as both the PEDIGREE Marketing Manager Jr/Brand Manager and the WHISKAS BRAND MANAGER - ACTIVATION. Fernanda'sresponsibilities included P&L management, communication strategies, portfolio management, and innovation.

Prior to Mars, Fernanda worked at 3M, where they held multiple positions including Post-it Brand Manager, Trade Marketing Specialist, and Internship Trainee. Fernanda'sresponsibilities at 3M included brand strategy, product development, distribution channel management, merchandising coordination, and trade marketing program coordination.

Fernanda Viscione completed an MBA in marketing at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate degree in marketing at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, graduating from 2002 to 2005.
