Marion Gauvain

Marion Gauvain currently serves as Group General Counsel and EVP at Ceva Santé Animale since July 2019, following a role as Deputy General Counsel. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Associate in Corporate and M&A at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP from November 2015 to July 2019, and an Associate role at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP from September 2010 to November 2015. Early legal training involved internships at several prestigious firms, including Bredin Prat and Deutsche Bank. Marion Gauvain holds a DJCE (Magna Cum Laude) and a National certificate in Tax Law (Summa Cum Laude, Valedictorian), with a Master's in Business and Tax Law and a Bachelor's in Law (Magna Cum Laude) from Charles University of Prague.
