Marta Molero

Marta Molero is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in senior roles within renowned companies. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Ceva Santé Animale since February 2024, Marta is part of the Leadership team and reports directly to the VP Southern Europe and GM Iberia. Prior to this role, Marta was CFO for Cafosa Spain from February 2020 to June 2023, and previously held various leadership positions at Mars and Wrigley, including serving as CFO for Cafosa Gum and Iberia Cluster Finance Business Partner. Throughout a career that began with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Auditor, Marta has developed expertise in financial management, budget forecasting, and strategic business partnering, bolstered by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and further education at prestigious institutions such as the London Business School.
