Thorsten Pook

Thorsten Pook is an accomplished logistics executive with extensive experience in managing operations across the Middle East, Africa, and Levant. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at CEVA Logistics since September 2020, Pook previously held various leadership roles at Kuehne+Nagel from April 2008 to June 2020, including Managing Director for multiple countries such as UAE/Oman, Turkey, and Egypt, as well as General Manager for Qatar. Prior to this, Pook contributed to IFB International Freight Bridge Ltd. as Regional Manager for South East Asia and held several positions within Kuehne + Nagel from 1995 to 2006, culminating as General Manager in Mumbai and Airfreight. Pook began the professional journey in logistics at Stute Verkehrs GmbH as a Forwarding Merchant. Educational background includes an Abitur from Theodor Heuss Gymnasium completed in 1991.
