Shawn Murphy is an accomplished General Manager with extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving in this role at Ceviche Tapas Bar & Restaurant since January 2017. Previously, Shawn held the position of General Manager at Landrys Restaurants Inc from February 2015 to January 2017 and at Restaurants Unlimited Inc.
