Shawn Murphy

Shawn Murphy is an accomplished General Manager with extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving in this role at Ceviche Tapas Bar & Restaurant since January 2017. Previously, Shawn held the position of General Manager at Landrys Restaurants Inc from February 2015 to January 2017 and at Restaurants Unlimited Inc. (RUI) overseeing Stanley & Seaforts Steak, Fish & Chop House from July 2011 to September 2014. In addition to managerial roles, Shawn also has culinary experience as an Executive Chef at Clinkerdagger Steak, Fish & Chop House. Early career experience includes serving as the Director of Operations at Coeur d'Alene Brewing Company from October 1999 to October 2010, demonstrating a strong foundation in both operational and culinary management.
