Platon Karbovskyi

Platon Karbovskyi is an experienced information security engineer currently working at CEX.IO since November 2021. Prior to this role, Platon held similar positions at Vodafone from December 2019 to October 2021, where responsibilities included IPS/IDS management, vulnerability auditing, and incident management within a Security Operations Center (SOC). Earlier experience includes serving as an Information Security Professional at NDU, focusing on SIEM and incident management, and a CSK Administrator at Raiffeisen Bank Aval, overseeing registration, certification, and secret key generation. Platon holds a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' and a Bachelor's degree in Computational Mathematics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
