Asanka Wijeweera

Asanka Wijeweera is an experienced electrical engineer currently working at Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) since October 2021. Prior to this role, Asanka served as Country Manager at Dara Switchboards for a brief period in 2021, and held the position of Design & Estimation Engineer at Venora Lanka Power Panels (PVT) LTD from April 2016 to May 2021. Additionally, Asanka worked as a Project Engineer - Electrical at ARYANS Engineering (Private) Limited from January 2012 to April 2016, and began the career as a Junior Engineer at Clarion International (PVT) LTD in late 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Ruhuna (2007-2011), and certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka in 2020.
