Yasitha Sakmal Kariyawasam

Yasitha Sakmal Kariyawasam is an experienced electrical engineer currently employed at Ceylon Electricity Board since October 2021. Prior to this role, Yasitha held various engineering positions at Brandix from June 2017 to September 2021, including Assistant Manager - Engineering and Senior Electrical Engineer. Yasitha's early experience includes engineering trainee positions at CBL Foods International Private Limited, Lanka Electricity Company Private Limited, and Ceylon Electricity Board. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, completed in 2017, and secondary education from Nalanda College, where physical sciences were studied at both GCE O/L and GCE A/L levels.
