Shiyana Ossen

Shiyana Ossen is an experienced digital marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Digital Marketing at Durdans Hospital, a position held since June 2021. Prior roles include Senior Executive Digital Marketing at Loops Integrated, Digital Marketing Executive at Ogilvy Digital Sri Lanka, and Digital Marketing Executive at Bizycorp Pvt Ltd. Shiyana began a career in customer service as a Team Lead at Hills Limited. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Professional Marketing specializing in Digital Strategy from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2018, a Certificate in Professional Marketing in Digital Marketing and Communications from the same institution, and diplomas in Financial Accounting as well as Information Technology from AAT and a Professional Diploma in Information Technology, respectively.
