Nadun Chamikara

Nadun Chamikara has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Nadun started their career as a Trainee Software Developer at SoftVessel in 2015 and worked there until April 2017. Following this, they joined AvoNet Technologies as a Software Engineering Intern from July 2017 to February 2018. In 2018, Nadun joined Eyepax as a Junior Software Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Software Engineer. Nadun worked with Eyepax from December 2018 to July 2021. Currently, Nadun is working at Ceylon Solutions, where they initially held the position of Software Engineer from August 2021 to January 2022, before being promoted as a Senior Software Engineer in February 2022.

Nadun Chamikara completed a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology with a specialization in Software Engineering from SLIIT during the period of 2015-2019. Prior to that, they attended Royal College Colombo from 2011 to 2013, where they pursued G.C.E. (A/L) in Physical Science. Their education journey began at Mahanama College Colombo from 2005 to 2011, where they completed G.C.E. (O/L). In addition to their formal education, Nadun has obtained several basic certificates in Java, JavaScript, Node, and React from HackerRank, although the specific dates of completion are not provided.
