Kimberley Holdroyd

Kimberley Holdroyd is an experienced HR and Wellbeing Manager at Cezanne HR since November 2022, focusing on HR strategy and workforce planning in a remote-first, high-growth SaaS environment. Previously, Kimberley served as a People Experience Partner and People Operations Specialist at Scede, providing flexible solutions to meet talent goals. Prior experience includes roles as Office Manager at mkodo and Operations Manager at Moltin, where Kimberley was the first HR hire, responsible for building and scaling HR functions from inception. Kimberley holds an MSc in Human Resources Management from The Open University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Sunderland.
