Jennifer Bowie

Jennifer Bowie is a seasoned professional in training and instructional design, currently serving as Vice President and Director of Training at C&F Bank since August 2017, after holding the position of AVP, Senior Training Manager. Previous experience includes roles as a Marketing & Training Specialist at Knowledge Facilitation Group, LLC, and Senior Instructional Designer at CSRA Inc, where Jennifer contributed to training development for the USS Gerald R. Ford aircraft carrier. Additionally, Jennifer worked as a Senior Instructional Designer and Curriculum Chief at CTEC and Cubic Defense Applications, focusing on enhancing training for the Navy/Military Sealift Command. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Radford University and has furthered education at the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management.
