Jeremy Furman

Mr. Furman joined CF Real Estate Services in the summer of 2012. He oversees the acquisition team and executes the purchase of multifamily properties and portfolios in the southeast. Since 2014, he has been directly responsible for the acquisition of over 5,000 multifamily units ($550MM in aggregate) including traditional, value-add, student, and an AAA condo conversion.

Prior to joining CF, Jeremy completed his Master’s of Business Administration at Emory University with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance. Before receiving his MBA, he provided consulting services to Fortune 500 companies on behalf of a top Accounting firm. Jeremy also has received a Master’s and Bachelor’s of Science in Decisions and Information Sciences from the University of Florida, Warrington College of Business.
