Tareka Smith

Mrs. Smith joined CF Real Estate Services in 2015 as Fund Controller and now serves as Corporate Controller. She manages the preparation of all financial reports for our investment funds and partnerships, monitors and analyzes monthly activity, and coordinates contributions and distributions.Prior to joining CF, Mrs. Smith worked with the audit group of Aprio, LLC (formerly known as HAW) for 13 years, where she gained experience organizing, conducting and supervising audits of a wide variety of clients across a range of industries and sizes. She has specific experience serving clients in the real estate industry and investment partnerships. Tareka attended University of West Georgia, where she earned a BBA with a dual concentration in Accounting and Finance.
