Wendy Tucker

Ms. Tucker is a Charleston native with over 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry with A+ to C, lease-up and stabilized assets, including suburban areas, urban in-fill, and mixed use developments. Wendy joined CF Real Estate Services as a Regional Vice President in 2014. Based out of Charleston, she oversees a portfolio of approximately 14,000 units for owned and third party assets across nine states. Wendy previously served in a Senior Regional Manager role for Greystar and oversaw all of the company’s owned assets in the Charleston area, as well as numerous other lease-up and stabilized communities for third-party clients. She has expertise in high barrier to entry markets and competitive soft markets specializing in both garden and mid-rise developments. Wendy brings a unique ability to build solid and sustaining teams, and possesses strong local market expertise. She has proven abilities to hire, train, evaluate, and motivate associates. Wendy is both a problem solver and a developer of talent, and has great strengths in budgeting and financial management, due diligence and acquisitions, marketing with social media, developing marketing and business plans, and strategic planning for distressed communities. During her career, Wendy has worked for some of the industry’s most highly regarded management companies, such as Summit Properties and Trammell Crow Residential.

Wendy holds her NALP and CAM designations through the National Apartment Association and an Associate Degree in Business. She served as President for the Charleston Apartment Association for four years, and is a graduate from both the NAA's Leadership Lyceum program and the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Lyceum.
