Fireproofing
Fireproofing is the most common and cost-effective way to protect the structural integrity of a building during a fire.  Proper fireproofing applications insulate and delay the failure of steel and concrete structures when exposed to the high temperature of a fire.  CFA utilizes a variety of products that exceed fire protection specifications for commercial structures and protect the lives and property of their inhabitants.  These include:

Acoustical Sprays & Insulation

Firestopping
A firestop or fire-stopping is a form of passive fire protection that is used to seal around openings and between joints in a fire-resistance-rated wall or floor assembly. Firestops are designed to maintain the fire-resistance rating of a wall or floor assembly by impeding the spread of flames, deadly gases and toxic smoke through openings.

Patching and Repairs
