Nick Scott

Nick Scott serves as Vice President at Mickelson & Company, LLC since May 2025 and holds the position of Senior Economist in the Transfer Pricing Practice at the U.S. Department of the Treasury since July 2024. Nick is actively involved in multiple real estate development ventures, including KVSD Development Company LLC and Scott Investment Company LLC. An experienced professional in transfer pricing and tax strategy, Nick has held key roles at Bunge, Grant Thornton LLP, and PwC while also contributing to the education sector as an MBA Finance Professor at the University of St. Thomas. Nick holds an MBA in Financial Services and a BSB in Corporate Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the University of St. Thomas and UMN Carlson School of Management, respectively. Nick is also a Candidate for CFA Level III and an active member of the American Society of Appraisers' Twin Cities Chapter.
